Food good a few minutes walk to center nice and quiet at night room nice big shower

We stayed in Room 203 which is at the front of the hotel. First impression was fair, pretty basic but clean. However the noise from the main road and the bar below was relentless. When eventually you fall asleep, don't be fooled as by 7am all the deliveries arrive at the hotel creating unacceptable noise. In my opinion the rooms at the front of the hotel should not be used for guest accommodation. The management should rethink and change these to perhaps the gym or games rooms. Apart from the noise, which actually ruined our holiday, the staff were great , food was good and it's handy to the town centre. I had requested a lower floor as I have a phobia about lifts so there wasn't an alternative. If you're planning a stay please ask for a room away from the main rd and I think you'll enjoy it.

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel, pero esta vez nos dieron una habitación recién reformada. La cafetería del hotel es lo mejor.

Rooms are dated , long queues for drinks as only one staff member serving in any one bar . Roof top terrace and Poole area not cleared of drinks and plates . Rooftop terrace and drinks dispenser that wasn’t working , had to go down 8 floors to get a drink and also to use toilets . Worst thing was meal times where some guests thought they owned the place as would push and shove to get food and drink . Don’t see why they would bother as most off the food was only warm and the cook in the grilling station needs to know how to cook fish and meat as it was raw

Location

The rooms are very dated , only one person serving in any of the bars long queues when not even in season . Drinks not cleared around pool and rooftop terrace , rooftop terrace had a self serve drinks bar but not working so had to go back down 8 floors , not enough lifts , entrainment very poor . Not hotels fault but some of the guests think they own the hotel and can just push you out of the way for food and drinks .
