Truntum Kuta

Good location, close to strip malls and the beach, great staff specially the bell boys and in particular our friend Aryawan who greeted us every single day and helped us with our day to day stuff

We always stay at Truntum. The rooms are clean and tidy. The pools are great too. We recommended the sun-beds be returned to their original place by the infinity pool at the front of the hotel. There are only 5 available and there used to be 15 or so. This is right near the pool bar and restaurant and we used to order drinks and food all day. At this point the sun beds sit in the dirt and no one ever sits there. The staff are fantastic and always smiling and welcoming. We return at least twice a year because of this.

The most beautiful location in central Bali. All the staff are respectful and wonderful, especially the amazing Ms. Yani.

When I travel to Bali, I stay at the Truntum not only because of the location but also because the staff are fantastic !! I'd like to thank DWI, YANI, EWIK and INDAYANI for being very friendly and most helpful. See you all in March. William Cruz

Our family had 2 x pool access rooms and stayed 3 nights. Checkin was fast, all staff are very warm and friendly. Good location to the hustle of Kuta shops and markets, plenty of massage shops nearby too. It is a very large resort. The pool areas are stunning and well-maintained. Breakfast changed daily, but offered a wide selection to suit all tastes. Would recommend to stay here again.

Our second stay at the Truntum with our 3 kids under 4, and very happy with our stay. Staff are lovely, the kids love the activities like fish feeding, colouring in and offering making with Nina, she is beautiful. Executive suite is spacious with large balcony, beautiful views and large bath, with adjoining room with kids. We will definitely be staying again for our next stay in Bali 🥰 thank you!

This hotel was literally like a whole city, lovely service, very nice and friendly staff, the hotel management realized my birthday date was on coincidence during my stay and they brought me free birthday cake and many sweets in the morning along with birthday card and many flowers, they even shaped my towels like a birthday cake 🥹🙏🏻 certainly i will come back again, the rooms, bed and everything was sooooooo comfortable and the room is big and very tidy. Thank you so so much and i highly recommend this hotel.

This was an excellent resort. The staff here are all very nice and always smiling. The buffet breakfast and swim up bars are the main highlight. Definitely come here again

I wanted to like this hotel, I really did. Let’s start with the positives. It’s in a fantastic location, right on the beach in Kuta. Shops, restaurants, salons etc all right at your finger tips. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping done a wonderful job on our room. We payed for a family room, it was quite big. The place needs maintenance and freshening up. We were placed in a room that also had an interconnecting room next door (door is PAPER thin) could hear the intoxicated people carrying on like children in the early hours of the morning. Considering there are plenty of vacancies I’m not sure why they would do this. Made for a very unpleasant nights sleep. Breakfast was average, although they did rotate through offerings. The block out curtains are anything but, room was so light (if you need darkness to sleep, this isn’t a place for you). Being low season, the place still very extremely busy. Couldn’t get a sun lounge at any of the pools.
