10000000% absolutely loved everything about our 10 day trip. 1st time out of Australia and I am so greatful to have spent our 1st time at the Truntum. We where greeted on arrival by the amazing Aryawan (bell boy) he made us feel so welcomed. We will be back many times in the near future and will ALWAYS be staying at the fabulous TRUNTUM 🥰

"Kuta Bali beach"

The resort was nice but they turn off the lights in the hallway. They have pool bar. They offer buffet breakfast. The restaurant is neat and breezy it's more of American breakfast than a "vietnamese cuisine".

"An exceptional place to stay"

My stay at Truntum was absolutely amazing. I took my 2 daughters and we all had a wonderful time. Our bell boy Arayawan was especially friendly. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, he was an absolute treasure. I do hope he is still the on my next visit. A special hello for him from my Teddy bear Panda 🩷

"Fun easy family holiday"

We had the best time at the Truntum with our family. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Cok the duty manager. 3 large pools with two swim up bars right on the beach this place had everything. We especially loved the foam party and Friday morning water aerobics! We will definitely be back!

"Hendri, Dina and Lina amazing service"

5/5 experience. The rooms were very clean, the pool facilities were fantastic, the food was delicious but most of all the staff were incredible and made the stay even better. A special mention to Hendri, Lina and Dina the girls were absolutely fantastic and made our stay so much better! Would come back to the truntrum again just to see them.

"Spa timings"

Spa - booked 1 hour massage but kick me out in 45 minutes . Bad service . As per my knowledgr 1 hour is 60 minutes but not in truntum kuta hotel spa .

"Super Superb"

Super superb hotel - centrally located for shopping, many restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is directly opposite Kuta beach with one of their restaurants and pool (there are three pools) facing the ocean with easy access to the beach walk. To top off this good quality hotel is the friendly staff - every staff member acknowledges you so politely and nothing is a problem for them to help you. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
