Truntum Kuta

No ocean view just a walkway Staff excellent and helpful very friendly but had to change rooms once due to noise but no hot water in second room. They sweep floors but do not wash them so feet very black after walking on the floor.

We always stay at the Truntum but have found recently the rooms seem a little tired and the mattresses are quite hard. Maybe change them for newer ones or put mattress toppers on them? We always stay in the Pool Access rooms which we really like but maybe as they are always booked out it is hard to do a refurbish on them. The staff are wonderful and always look after us especially Intan and Christina. We look forward to our next stay there.

A fantastic holiday stay with such friendly & accomodating staff! We loved our hostess, Julia, who knew us each by name & always greeted us with a genuine smile . The buffet breakfast is amazing & the Monday night cultural buffet was an explosion of flavours with an incredible fire dancing show. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Great location - central to pretty much everything. The hotel was very accommodating when I requested that our 2 booked rooms be close to each other. Big, clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay.

The Truntum is situated in an ideal location. As it was our first time visiting Bali, we enjoyed the facilities, location to eateries, the beach and of course the pool area. The cooking class with Chef Mahendra was a great experience (thank you) and the food we cooked was really enjoyable. I'd like to give special mention to Dina for her excellent service, professionalism and of course her photography. Both Chef Mahendra and Dina are definitely an asset to Truntum Resort.

Truntum Spa is a fantastic escape from Kuta's vibrant energy.
