Always very happy with our stay at Truntum. From the time we checked in to check out all staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Yani for ensuring our stay was wonderful and Martini for when and if we needed room services. Great choice of breakfast and restaurants for meals. Very handy having the option of the 3 pools too.

"Trun Tum Resort"

What a holiday in the most beautiful resort! Yani provided outstanding service and Sukma and Intan took great care of us at breakfast every day, with a toddler! The food and drinks at Trun Tum are delicious and it’s in an excellent location, accessible to so many restaurants and the beach. Thank you, Trun Tum!

Great first experience here at Truntum hotel, all staff very polite and friendly. Very clean and very tidy, our room was serviced by Edi and what a champ he was!! Always happy to have a chat and offer anything extra that we may need. Team member of the month in my eyes, thanks for making our trip that much more enjoyable Edi. Will definitely be back here in the future with the family.

We had a wonderful time at Truntum! The convenient location, shopping at restaurants out the front, beach out the back! The customer service was perfect, prompt, friendly and polite. Only suggestion would be more in depth maintenance.
