Hacienda Uayamon

If you want a typical luxury hotel experience, go somewhere else. If you want to experience something extraordinary - this is a place to stay. The rooms are located in staff apartments, not in the main building, so to go to the pool or restaurant, you need to walk through the jungle. The ruins and grounds are great to explore. There are many insects around (and sadly also in) the pool, but there are also flocks of bright yellow butterflies flying. Menu is limited, food was OK, not great, prices affordable. We arrived there early, even before noon, were prepared to wait, but we got the room immediately. We stayed for one night and loved it.

Beautiful property, food was a let down.

Sin duda uno de los mejores Hoteles de Mexico. Solo 12 habitaciones en 100 hectáreas. Historia, naturaleza y confort. Seguro regresamos. Solo mejoraría comedor.

Un lugar unico

Service excellent . La nourriture du restau n est en revanche pas au niveau.

Esperaba un poco más del lugar, la habitación no fue de mi agrado, falta mantenimiento en la habitación. Con respecto al restaurante la comida muy rica.

En lo general, el lugar es bonito. En lo detalle, creemos que le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones y en especial a las habitaciones. En lo particular falta limpieza en las habitaciones. El servicio de restaurante y meseros es excelente! Buena atención del personal

Las instalaciones espectaculares

El lugar es precioso, la gente muy amable, solo que Marriot debe invertir más en el mantenimiento. Cayó un aguacero y se nos hizo una laguna dentro del cuarto. La gente muy amable fue a secarla de inmediato. El paseo de avistamiento de aves es espectacular.

This property is lovely and the rooms are ample, clean and have everything you need. The service was very good. We toured this old hacienda with one of the landscape managers that had been on the property many years. On Sunday they cooked cochinita pibil and lechon in a traditional Mayan pit and served this for the midday meal. We have been to many haciendas around the area; most are nice, but most do not have excellence across all categories. We will return whenever we can.
