Our stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino was everything we hoped for and more, perfectly capturing the spirit of "One Happy Island." From the breathtaking beachfront to the incredible dining, every detail contributed to a wonderful getaway. What truly set it apart, however, was the genuine warmth and outstanding service of the people. Two members of the team, in particular, made our trip extraordinary. From check-in, Elton Trezil, the Front Office Manager, made us feel immediately welcome. His professional and kind manner set the tone for our entire stay. Understanding we were celebrating, he generously arranged a beautiful room upgrade for us—a gesture that meant so much. It’s easy to see why he is in a leadership role; he embodies a true passion for hospitality. We are also so grateful to Angeline Dijkhoff. Her knowledge and effort secured a perfect beach palapa for us, guaranteeing a slice of paradise by the water every single day. We later learned she is celebrated for her many years of dedicated service at the resort, which clearly reflects a culture that values and retains its best people. The resort's location on Palm Beach is simply ideal. We spent our days on pristine white sand, wading into turquoise waters that never felt crowded. A highlight was The Shore Club, the resort's fantastic new open-air restaurant and bar tucked between the pool and the sea. It became our favorite spot to unwind as the day turned to evening. It was more than a vacation; it was a genuinely flawless experience, thanks to a team that clearly cares. We cannot wait to return.

Located on the lively palm beach strip, this hotel has been recently renovated in many areas. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The beach was okay (prefer a more lush tropical setting) but had plenty of chairs and shade. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Not recommended for those looking for quiet luxury; best for mid-range budget and those looking to leave the resort and experience the area shops)

Just the location

Hidden charges all over the place!!! Sustainability, water waste, resort charges a d resort taxes… over $100 a day on top of your room price… stay away from Hilton, other hotels do not charge that way…

Everything! The room, breakfast, the beach, the facilities clean and beautiful, love all the trees & plants, the staff very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the birds very very much! No complaints at all.

What was not to like

I had an issue at the resort. I rather not say!

Pros Location was excellent. Pool was small for the hotel size Tropical themed resort was cool Bartenders at Sunset bar were great the nights we were there especially an older Spanish speaking lady super friendly and great with keeping us hydrated and on top of everything. Garden view not bad for our room just make sure to get ateast 4th floor or higher and we were building 3 which was a nice stroll to everything Cons Room was half the size if not smaller than our room at the RIU Fridge broke and our stuff got all ruined. We had 3 fridges in our 4 days there Not all inclusive ***Expensive but that’s all of Aruba**
