Parkgebühren extrem überzogen, in der 4. Etage obwohl in den Ebenen darunter ausreichend Platz war, Zu kühl in den Innenräumen

Beautiful property, walking distance to Disneyland, great restaurants, bars and pool area. Property feels brand new. Would definitely stay again

Being quoted by concierge a price for airport transfers and go to book and price doubled. Concierge should be better than this.

"It was a wonderful stay."

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect: a short 7 minute walk to the Convention Center. The staff was courteous, efficient and went over the top to be helpful, such as riding up in the elevator with me to make sure a key I was given worked both the elevator and the room door. The room was expansive, well laid out, with a super-comfy bed and a large wide-screen TV. The bathroom was large with fine toiletries and a huge walk-in shower. The lighting was well thought out, with switches in ideal places and an all-on/off switches by the entrance door and bedside. Being a coffee hound, extra coffee pods were brought to my room within minutes of requesting them. Room service was prompt, courteous and dinner was delicious, which included a perfectly made old-fashioned cocktail. The rooftop bar and restaurant afforded great views and food, and the bar on the main floor was fun with perfect cocktails and fun bartenders. Bar food was excellent.
