The Andrew Hotel

I am currently sitting in my room at 10:48 PM and can hear the TV in room next to mine as clear as if I had it on in my room. I know that the people next door were having issues with their TV earlier because I heard their whole conversation. Even though, I asked the front desk to help nothing has been done. The included breakfast this morning was "shut down" according to the man at the front desk because of a late delivery. If you stay here, I hope that the people in the room next door either don't watch TV or cannot talk .... because you WILL hear them.

I am writing to express that i am pleased with the service and accommodations that were offers to me from the moment i walked I the doors of this hotel. This was truly a comfortable experience

The Andrew Hotel had a Friendly and helpful staff, an On-site restaurant and an amazing location. I would stay here again.

The location, the staff, and the room size are all satisfactory.

The noise isolation requires attention, as external sounds are audible.

The lady that cleans the room was super friendly and very accommodating. She was great. Sad we did noit get to see her the night we arrived. Have a great retirement after 30 years.

As for the welcoming it felt smokey mirrors. I had called in advance to have two rooms next to eachother or close bu since my mother and daughter were staying in one room and required my help. I had toom 309 and they had room 306, opposite ends. I did not have time to ask for another room since we only had a little bit of time to get ready. As for roo.m 306, the floor by the ac is lifting pretty bad, the curtains are falling and the sink has no stopper. There was some type of debris on the bed. As for room 309 the sheets of one bed had something red to the point we had to remove the sheets 😴 Room. 306 the windows does not close fully leaving you able to hear the noise from outside which was a bartmiza and the kids screaming.

Good rates and great location, but didn’t feel any kind of hospitality. Upon checkin we were told we only get one key. Wifi was super slow and party with loud dj downstairs was raging late into the night. The shower head was gross and shoots water like a spigot. The shower handle fell off. We left it sitting but no one addressed the issue. No one working the front desk two nights in a row, so we couldn’t even communicate. The one room key we had stopped working the next day, so we had to get a new one. Checkout was unfriendly. Some guy took our key and didn’t even bother asking how our stay went or wish us a good day.
