Omni San Francisco

Omni SF, CA was a very nice stay for a memorable anniversary in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. After a long day out exploring, we opted to trade eating out for room service. Chef Bill Corneiluson’s tomato soup was outstanding as was the accompanying grilled cheese. My husband equally enjoyed his kale, quinoa and watermelon salad. Honestly, we hadn’t expected much but were overjoyed to be incorrect in our assumption! Lest I forget, our room was beautifully appointed. Old school classic with great plumbing, lots of room and quiet. Thank you all at Omni. We will return!

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The property itself is beautiful—classic, elegant, and very well maintained—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the people. Ricco, Andy S., Piraaz, and Gerardo went far beyond what I would ever expect from hotel staff. Their kindness, genuine warmth, and attention to detail didn’t just feel like good service—it felt personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, welcoming, and intentional. It’s rare to encounter a team so consistently focused on making guests feel seen and cared for. These four gentlemen elevated an already lovely stay into something memorable and meaningful. Because of them, I wouldn’t just recommend this hotel—I would absolutely return.

Room was small, bathroom was meh. Linens meh.

Amazing experience extremely nice hospitality. Staff was extra friendly and amazing. Everything was clean and organized. Very easy to navigate and best people. Everyone at the front desk was so wonderful and fun to be around. Fawaz was so so sweet! Miss him already

The hotel was beautiful, but the service was the standout for this stay. The service in the bar and at the front desk were both exceptional. I will absolutely be staying here on my next visit to SF.

The staff was incredibly nice and made me feel welcomed. My room was more than comfortable and I appreciated the welcome note left by the staff. Drinking glasses are provided which was a great convenience.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but I can understand that since this hotel is tailored toward travelers who will be dining out in the city and there is a restaurant downstairs. There is an ice machine so I was able to keep my drinks cool.

I had such a lovely stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The hotel feels very elegant and luxurious. The location is amazing - everything is so close. I was able to walk to North Beach, Chinatown, the Ferry Building, and Union Square within minutes. The room was very clean and spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the food and drinks, and the service was excellent - everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I think it’s a perfect place for a romantic couple stay, but also great if you’re visiting for business. Highly recommended! I would absolutely stay here again.
