Staff outstanding: professional, cordial, helpful. Convenient Financial District location. Rooms are nicely appointed and well set up for business travelers; suggest adding fridges though. I stayed here for one night having been recommended it as being in a safe place for a solo traveller by a friend. They failed to mention that it was super comfortable and welcoming! The front desk staff were very personable and quickly checked me in. My incredibly comfortable room was on the 8th floor and had everything I needed. The bed was perfect and I slept very well indeed. The hotel is located a short walk from Chinatown in one direction, and the ferry terminal and piers in the other. Breakfast the following morning I treated myself to room service. It arrived within the time frame given and with a very warm and friendly (yet professional) server. In short, I’d certainly stay here again for a comfortable break.

I have stayed in many fancy hotels in my life and this stay was by far the most pleasant. I have no complaints (and I am very particular). Loved the early check-in option. The staff was so incredibly kind, helpful and fun and was very available to meet any need or want that we had. Later departure time was also helpful. We will be visiting again.

My niece and I stayed for the Chinese NY parade. This was such an outstanding hotel. Extremely clean, great restaurant outstanding staff! They really all go above and beyond! we especially liked the housekeeper Shirley. She really made our stay extra special with her attentiveness and friendly demeanor! Love her!
