Really welcoming staff and lovely accommodations. Beautiful setting and easy location to go anywhere in the city. Highly recommend.

Excellent location Wonderful staff from check-in to the Bell Hop Valet Parking is very expensive though it is a downtown location near the financial district High Floor is preferred to avoid street noise and better view Traditional styling in the room but everything was current and modern; for example satisfactory outlets Solid selection of choices on the TV; reliable reception Smaller bathroom but still well stocked and soap, shampoo, conditioner were all of good quality. I would say the staff were excellent and made for a very pleasant stay

We had 16 guests for two days of meetings and three days of hotel stays at the Omni I highly recommend the Omni for meetings as the conference rooms are lovely and full of light. The technology is great and the AV staff are very competent. The catered breakfast and lunches were very good, and everyone really liked the food. The hotel rooms are very clean and had a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms are clean and the shower was great. Good water pressure and no weird temperature fluctuations. I would not hesitate to recommend the Omni for hotel stay or meetings.

The Omni San Francisco is the best! The customer service from every staff member was spot on! Rooms are clean, food & beverages were delicious. They even have umbrellas for any guest staying to borrow for the day. So don't worry about getting wet if you want to walk! Love this place!

The location was perfect- right on the edge of Chinatown for great food & in financial district so safe & quiet location in the city. The room was spacious & clean. Great room service in the morning for breakfast but what really made the stay welcoming was the doormen & front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly & helpful every time 😊

I stayed at the Omni SF for business and neglected to bring a tie to wear at an event where, absent that accessory, I certainly would have been out of place. Not realizing this misstep until the morning of the function, and with no clothing stores apparently opening until at least a couple hours beyond our start time, I inquired at the hotel’s front desk if they were aware of any place where I could purchase a tie. Luckily, Ricco was behind the desk. After finding that the lost and found materials offered no help, Ricco went above and beyond and insisted I use his personal tie (and one that paired quite well with my suit). Although Ricco had left work by the time I returned his tie that evening, I thank him again here for his gracious offer and saving me from embarrassment. He should be recognized and commended.

The staff here is top tier and genuinely nice. I was checked in fast and greeted each time I left and returned to the hotel. My room was sparkling clean with quality linen and a comfortable bed. The interior and exterior of the hotel is classic like a 1940s film and I really felt like a star staying here.

Charming hotel! Our room was very clean. We stayed during a weekend and Saturday was loud with street noise. Windows are not at all soundproof, which is to be expected with such an old building. Just know that if you’re sensitive to sound, especially at night, you will most likely hear street noise or homeless people yelling throughout the night. Our room faced Montgomery Street which is less busy and we still experienced loud honking and cars. Monte’s is fine, nothing special. This is probably one of the most basic Omni locations? There is a fitness room but that’s pretty much it. I saw reviews about evening wine and snacks, but we didn’t see anything like that during our stay. I’d say book it for the location if that’s your priority. It’s down the hill, so you don’t need to walk uphill at all if you’re just walking around the area and down to the pier. Montgomery Station is super close if you’re taking BART from SFO.

I can not say enough positive things about Bri H who worked overnight on 2/10/26. She is a true example of outstanding customer service and has been such a bright positive light at this hotel. I have never had someone take such care and attention to detail with their job and level of care. She even remembered my name after one small interaction and has greeted me ever since. Truly a remarkable person on your team
