Well located for an overnight stay en route from Mysore to Munnar. Has its own restaurant.

Fixtures worn or outdated. Chinese restaurant on ground floor is terrible.

Hotel location on a hill, with amazing views

Service was very poor, staff just weren't properly trained and did not know how to treat guests. Rooms had lots of bad design features, e.g. no power sockets near the bed, no towel rail for hand towels, miniature shower gel, shampoo, etc., which wasn't enough for 2 people sharing the room, so this meant having to keep asking for more. Lots of small things that irritate guests and make the visit not as comfortable as it should be.

I appreciated the hospitality of the property from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, away from the city's hustle and bustle, and situated at an altitude that offers stunning mountain views. You can even experience the clouds drifting across the mountain ranges. (Especially in Winter) The property features two restaurants (Indian and Chinese). The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes both Indian and continental options. There are several gardens with outdoor seating arrangements where you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest. Overall, it was a great value-for-money stay for my family and me. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ooty.

During my stay I didn't find any flaws. If you are a nature lover, I amsure you lkove this property. All the rooms are mountain facing where you can see the sunrise and sunset clearly from your room.
