Great hotel and perfectly matched my expectations. The hotel is quite close to the main areas for bars, restaurants, etc. with a 10-15 minute walk depending on where you are going. Easy check-in and lovely staff. I would stay here again.

"Excellent staff, great location, nothing was too much trouble"

Location. Plentiful parking. Easy walking to the centre of the city, Bourbon Street and the tram. The staff were excellent especially Rebecca on the reception desk and her colleague Marisol. Excellent standards, very clean.

I loved the location. It's in a quieter part of the french quarter so if you aren't there to party or you have kids it's perfect.

It's older and could use some upgrades, such as the elevator is creaky. There is a bar but it was never open. Beds aren't very comfortable. I liked the digital key but it is was very slow and sometimes our phones didn't connect.
