L’ambiance extrêmement chaleureuse, la taille humaine du Betsy et son bar lui confère un caractère unique. Ce type d’hôtel n’existe quasiment plus à South Beach. Son bar jazzy est un lieu très vivant et qui occasionne des échanges avec les clients. Enfin le restaurant avec un chef français est de grande qualité et absolument délicieux.
