Servicio de recepción de paquetes. Varias de las cosas enviadas al hotel nunca me las entregaron y el courrier me confirmo que si las entrego en recepción están como delivered. Me quedaron 3 paquetes en el Hotel en Miami sin entregármelos. Los paquetes eran pedidos de mis hijos.

Location was great

Both pool areas were not nice. The ground floor one is literally a sauna with zero breeze. Lobby was waaaay too loud and busy at all times, the a/c in the room was noisy, we could hear the room next to ours flushing their toilet.

Atendimento dos funcionários . Oferece Água mineral a vontade .

1- Falta manutenção no quarto 2- Agua do chuveiro fraco para essa categoria hotelaria. 3- Espaço do quarto não compensa com custo de benefício . 4- lobby do hotel bagunçado para entrada e saída devido falta de espaço . 5- percurso interno muito complicado e difícil de achar a academia.
