Concierge was polite, helpful and very informative. Hotel facilities were excellent: breakfast, dinner and bar service were faultless. Room was kept clean and linen service and towels changed on a daily basis. Staff were polite and helpful.

We weren't there long but it was adequate for our needs. Not a resort hotel.

This hotel has an ok lobby but the rooms are scary. Very dark and looks pretty much like a jail. The location is good if you want to stay near airport

A well located hotel with easy access from station and airport. Good sized comfortable rooms, especially those with balconies, facing Piazza Verga and Etna, make for a pleasant stay. Good selection for breakfast which can be enjoyed in garden.

The hotel was pleasant. Overall though I didn't enjoy Catania. I went to climb Mt. Etna and discovered that it isn't necessary to stay in Catania to climb the volcano. Regarding the neighborhood, I'll leave it at my local guide for the climb asked to be paid inside the hotel so that no one on the street would see him get cash, fearing robbery. But if you have to stay in Catania, this might be the best place.

the hotel location was great, very nice and rich breakfast. we booked a room for 3 and the room was very big. i would definitely go back again

Very comfortable bed and roomand friendly staff

Hotel is good clean and worth four star but it has a restaurant that does not open and instead uses the bar area with three starters and three main courses that never change. The bar is very expensive and could be better. It's a shame because the hotel is one of the best in Catania.

The hotel's location is ideal; a brief walk to the city center, yet far enough to provide a tranquil night's sleep. Parking immediately in front of the hotel is free and we had no problems finding a spot. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a careful mix of local and international foods. The rooms were good-sized and very clean. It was, by far, the best hotel that we've stayed in during all of our travels to Italy.
