"Super."

We stayed for one night- 13th August. The rooms were lovely. The staff were friendly. The food was nice. We were served by a waiter called Sinalo and he was very friendly and kind.

"Top notch place!"

This hotel was wonderful and a good place to recover from a long flight (IAD-LHR-JNB). The rooms were super comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is excellent and the food is SUPER good.

"Nice hotel with wonderful service.."

This is our second stay and we can highly recommend this hotel. Really very nice staff and great service, from check in to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Few names I would like to mentioned are the hotel Restaurant staff, Ms. Nonwanwa, Mr. Sinalo and Mr. Cello. With special thank you to, Ms. Siphesihle, definition of service with a smile. "Very good gor overnight respite."

We stayed overnight before catching an international flight. A bit more pricey than the other airport hotel but worth it for that 'extra somethin' '. Superb rooms, comfortable bed nice and quiet. Great room service menu and the dinner and breakfast at Quills was very satisfying.

"You get pampered"

My only problem was that the stopover was too short and i could not enjoy fully the amazing spa, the enthralling pool, the well equipped gym and a delicious breakfast. Intercontintental at Tambo airport has it all. Location is excellent 100m from arrival hall, all possible amenities you can think of in the room, and in the hotel, and the courtesy of staff. besides the gym and the spa i particularly appreciated a proper coffee machine in the room.

"great location and comfortable luxury hotel"

Great airport hotel, conveniently located within a 5 min walk. Staff in the hotel was very efficient and helpful. Special mention for reception desk - who enabled a very smooth check-in and gave us connecting rooms (many thanks for that), and accommodated our reservation change request due to flight re-bookings. One comment I will need to make is that we had requested for a meet and greet service as we had luggage and sometime moving across the different floors in the airport can get confusing and challenging with luggage. Despite a confirmation, there was no one at the meet and greet. Other than that one isolated incident, overall great hotel as well as restaurant.
