Super 8 by Wyndham Ridgecrest

I need to be refunded. We checked out prior to 10 pm on the date of my reservation. 7/28/20 due to an unclean room, unclean sheets, the fire detector was ripped ot of the ceiling, and there was no handle on the shower.

Dirty. Old facility. Old broken furniture. Homeless hanging aroynd

This was a last minute trip and we selected this hotel based on previous experience with the Super 8 name at other locations. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, it is not bad. If you are looking for the amenities offered by other hotels, go elsewhere.

I asked for king none smoking and got 2 beds. Then after i got a king but pillows stumk cigarette smoke

Dirty rooms

The tv didn’t work and one of the lights didn’t work. The at the desk did

Ordinary roadside motel. Serves the required functions for a tired through-traveler.

Not good. Dirty, old and generally nasty. Chair in my room looked like it was found on the side of the street. Toilet leaked incessantly. Sheets were like sandpaper and there was a one inch gap between the outside wall and the AC unit, which meant it was just open the the elements. Breakfast consisted of white bread and eggo waffles. The whole building needs maintenance and you can hear every step the people take above and to the sides.

The first room had a toilet seat that was dirty and mared which should have been replaced. The room had hand prints on the walls. When I talked to the manager he said that housekeeping should have told him. When I checked in he told me there was only this room but when I went and addressed my concerns another too seemed to appeared.

toilet flush very weak,no ventilation,smells awful as if room fills with dust.
