Customer service was rude. Not clean rooms. The restaurant bext door is terrible.

Stay away very dangerous area and place! Every single night around 3 am I woke up with getto guests screaming and fighting I was scared to my core! They used F word million times! Every single night! The Indian manager guy was soooo rude.

Booking said that it includes breakfast but it does not. When asked they said it was due to covid-19. We are 10 months into the pandemic either update the hotel.com listing it modify to bagged breakfast like others. The room was decent for the price. Wish the two neighboring rooms didn't smoke outside the door and talk on cell with speakerphone, but that's not the hotels fault. PS: the unlabeled hello kitty box is for you to drop off key cards for express check-out. Nobody told us and when we pressed the help button at 9am a grumpy non-mask wearing women told us so.

There is not a breakfast offered at this time. When we booked, the listing said there was.

Passing through on way to Death Valley and served its purpose for overnighting and met expectations of budget hotel. Room was clean and comfy enough for our needs.

Staff was friendly

Well I got there and attempted to check in. And Clyde Anne is the name of the front desk manager and she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I will never book with a Howard Johnson again. We ended up having to cancel our reservation and she spoke to us like we were scum of the earth.

The place was pretty run down. I guess I expected more for a place being owned by Wyndham. Dirty floor in the bathroom, old dirty carpet but the beds were pretty comfy and clean. Thank goodness

Supposed Cable Tv didn’t work, and the AC barely worked too.
