InTown Suites Extended Stay Tuscaloosa, AL

I reserved a room with a King size bed and jetted tub. I even paid the larger rate to get it. Instead we received a room with two queen beds and a shower that didn't work 😒. The pillows need to be replaced, only one of the four was ok. The other 3 were so old they were flat. There were no amenities. Only a small bar of soap and 1 travel size shampoo that was previously opened. If you need handicap accessible facilities, this is not your place. Although it wasn't a worry for us, the part of the building we stayed in did not have an elevator, stairs only. I'm not sure if other parts of the facility did have it, but if it is needed for future guests, then that is something to check in to before booking.

The only thing good about the hotel is the location. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The staff was not friendly.

It was nice. The room they checked me into at first the beds had no sheets no blankets tv still on no toilet paper or towels and wash cloths

It was so nasty. Room was torn up, ac vent was hanging out on floor, fire alarm was gone, 1 light bulb in bathroom the rest were missing. Smelled of smoke and NO HOT WATER!

Overbooked, took awhile to locate a room. The receptionist was hesitant about letting me have the room I reserved because it was only two of us and the room was sized for 6 guests. Dead roaches on the bathroom floors, nasty stains on the bath floors, the remote & TV would not work in the king room and the other TV would not work at all. The room had a stale stench smell to it and you had to take out your own trash!! Never again will I be staying here again.

This has been the worse stay I have ever had at a hotel. From the start there was no one at the front desk for a good 15 minutes when we first arrived. And the rooms were not clean. There was an odor in the halls as well as the rooms. Definitely not like the pictures on the internet.

Good location. Friendly staff who was helpful. Clean room.

At checkin was told I didn’t have a reservation multiple times... room was a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke and could tell by the cigarette burns on furniture that people smokes, no towels in room, didn’t get any after I called 3 times, was treated like a criminal for wanting towels, like i was going to steal them or something, just needed to take a shower

The staff I spoke to on the phone was completely rude. I called to see what time the front desk was staffed and the call center employee that I was transferred to rudely told me that I couldn't check in after 9:00. I told her that I would be, because my room was prepaid. She then said "Well call the hotel and follow the instructions on the call" Which is exactly how I got transferred to her. There was a broken light bulb on the vanity above the mirror and the outlet in front of the mirror didn't work, but other than that it was okay.

The stafffs were accomodating enough and flexible, . One thing I was frustated with was i was looking for vendee machine ar least in case of emeegency for drinks. I still went out ofthe bldng and look for convenient store.
