InTown Suites Extended Stay Tuscaloosa, AL

The property is located in a location close by the University. The bed/bedding within the rooms felt 'older'. Overall, it was clean; just wish the bed/bedding was newer and more comfortable. We were in the back building, which was quiet, as we were further away from the road. I enjoyed our view of the trees behind the property.

It was okay except the fact u have to be there a week before u get your room serviced or any towels

We had a good stay overall. Big room, clean. Plenty of space. Staff was very helpful. Office was hard to find. Staff hours are 9am to 7pm only. No overnight staff, which is strange. But it was a great room and experience for the price. Will be staying again.

The property has definitely go downhill since my last stay a couple years ago. Hotel clerk checking me in seemed preoccupied. Had to swipe our drivers license (both myself and my brother) was strange. Was given the wrong code to get in the room. I could go on but this place certainly would NOT be on my list as most desirable. Full kitchen. No eating utensils? The room also had a foul odor. I’m about fed up with ALL Tuscaloosa hotels in general. On football weekends(even the Spring game) they triple their rates. Absolutely disgusting.

I liked the picnic tables, but the TV was a hassle to get to work, the room had s smell and the pillows weren't very good.

Liars and crooks! Like another reviewer, I paid extra for a suite with a king bed in a separate bedroom with a jetted tub. What I recieved was a single room with two beds and no jetted tub. When I told the desk it was not the room I reserved, they told me someone else had that room, and they were keeping my money for the higher rate. When I contacted Hotels.com, InTowne Suites told the rep that the jetted tub was broken, not that someone else had the room like they told me, and claimed the room the gave me was "comparable." I then asked if I could check out a day early since I did not get the room I wanted. InTowne Suites told Hotels.com that if I checked out early, I would not be charged for that last day. When I had not been refunded after 10 days, I called Hotels.com again. The rep called InTowne Suites, who confirmed that they had agreed to not charge me for checking out early, but said they changed their mind(!) and would not refund my money. Thankfully, Hotels.com gave me credit for a future reservation. *So to recap: InTowne Suites took my money for a night I did not stay at the rate of the higher priced room that I did not get!* In addition, the first room they put me in was not ready. The next room's tub faucet didn't work at all and the showerhead had a poor spray.

Everything was as expected for the price I paid.

Don’t stay here. Drug dealers rent rooms to sell out of and are in and out all night!!!! It’s easy for them as there’s no staff after 7pm. Card access only.

It wsn’t listed as an extended stay facility with limited management.
