Friendly staff, bedding was clean and room was bug free.

Rooms are well worn. Bedding was clean and room was bug free, but carpet was well stained, room had a terrible smell, half the outlets in the room didnt work.

I would never recommend it for anyone because it was ghetto and the staff was unprofessional and it was as if I was never there because I was supposed to be earning points but there is no such record of me even staying there

Was not given a shower curtain throughout a weeklong stay. Was told the delivery truck was coming, or that I should buy my own, and it never came. No elevator even though hotel seems like it was built post-ADA.
