It was a good location for the commute where I was headed, and the room was big.

The ladies in the office are very rude and not caring and unprofessional.

The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty...I bought cleaning supplies and my own linens at nearby Target to get rid of the wig hair infused sheets. The floors took 3 scrubbing to clean so your feet/ socks were not black on the bottom. I couldn't clean the rug which was damp due to the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom so the room stayed damp for hours after a shower. They are renovating rooms so the noise and vibrations from the next door room drove the roaches out. They also cut the power off for the reno so we had only one light from the bathroom in the room for an entire week. Calling the front desk did no good...we called 4 times over thT week so we had to use a flashlight to maneuver around. The entrance to the building was filthy and the whole front building reeked of pot. There were families living there so children were constantly screaming inside and out. It was football season so this was the ONLY extended stay place we could find to stay for my husband's 2 week work schedule but NEVER again. Staff was friendly but no helpful when problems arose and the laundry room is filthy and dryers don't work which we found after washing the sheets that I tried to wash. It was just a bad experience.
