Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

Nothing was opened. The pool was never cleaned never had towels in the pool area. My room to my door was broken My first room had bed bugs it was crawling on the bed at 11:32pm on our first night The outlets did not work in the room neither of them. Had no refrigerator or microwave in the room such an inconvenience when you there for 4 days and you have children. The breakfast was only cereal ( it was stale) Milk ( it was out dated ), yogurt ( it was good), oatmeal ( no butter at all ), coffee it was limited and that was it. No one had no ideas where you could go grab a bite to eat at for your family you better google it. Air was not cool on one of the rooms. Over all it needs a few up dates and a lot of things repaired. The beds was not clean , nothing was cleant I had to clean my self and there was other peoples leftover dirty towels in the room still My daughter was highly disappointed

The hotel at one time was probably very nice. The young man working was very accommodating and provided us with a mini fridge. The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bathroom needs work. The pool was terrible. Breakfast was awful. Property has gone down and needs updating. I am sure at one time it was great, but not now. I would not stay again until major updates are done. Also, one of the rooms on hotels.com does not even exist at the hotel.

Good - Room air conditioning was good. Beds comfortable. Overall the room was fine. Bad - No air conditioning in hallways. Broken lamp fixture - light bulb hanging from lamp. Ice machines broken. Cold water in room barely cold. Needed to get key cards re-keyed multiple times. Very slow-draining bathtub. Included breakfast had hardly any choices - no warm food. Dead tree in pool area.

It was okay place need some work.

The hotel was run down, dirty and hot. There were many spots in the building where water leaks are evident and no effort to remediate the mold has been attempted. The hotel is a health hazard and needs to be looked into by the County health inspector. On the hottest days of the year all of the common area HVAC systems were not running, Hall temps were pushing 100 degrees.

Breakfast was just cereal or yogurt. Hotel was once nice but needs some updating. Not sure what was smaller? The TV or food options at breakfast T

Bathroom faucet broken with constant running water. Had to shut door and could still hear it. Mold on ceiling tiles, lots of water damage. Advertised breakfast, only had coffee served from dark bar. Stagnant musty smell. Low lit parking lot. People millng about outside. Strong stench of weed.
