Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

This was a nice hotel for my stay but the maintenance around the elevators and ice machines on all floors need to be worked on. Several exit signs hanging by the wires, and elevator buttons drawn on with sharpie

First of all ice machine not working. Had to go Up to the 6th floor - only machine working. No refrigerator in the room. All doors were opened. Did not need a card to get in. Someone else's washcloth was hanging on our shower. Breakfast was ridiculous. One coffee pot. It looked like apple juice but didn't look too inviting. One cereal dispenser with Raisin Bran. That's it! Unbelievable! Don't plan on staying there again.

Our overnight stay here was mediocre. The alarm clock, phone, TV remote were non functionable and the shower had poor water pressure to shampoo your hair. Room smelled musty. Very poor " breakfast bar " and our keys were deactivated before we even checked out. Over priced room for the decreased quality and will not be stayng here again.

Generally not maintained and run down

The rooms was not properly cleaned well.

Hotel is very run down. Only one person at front desk, needed to asked for enough towels and blankets even though our reservation was for three. Continental breakfast was just cereal and there was no milk inside and there was only flavor of yogurt. No type of muffins or bread in general. Very dark rooms. The lobby area was very dark as well and they’re the main dining room no more and also very hot. Our toilet cut flushing itself very disruptive of sleep.

Air did not work, very low water pressure and toilets were hard to flush
