Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

The hotel is in bad condition and the air was not working properly. It was hot everywhere in the hotel.

Air didn’t work, rundown hotel, hot in main floor and felt unsafe location.

The property is very dated and doesn't seem like it's being maintained well. Landscaping is non existent outside or in the atrium. The pool had used towels laying around in several places left behind well after it was closed. The room door handle was worn out and hard to use. Toilet paper holder fell out of the counter in the bathroom. The pictures are misleading as well as the description. The continental breakfast was very limited as well.

Our first room was smelt so bad of smoke our clothes smelled of it. Tub was corroded couldn't turn the water faucet on . Switched rooms . Rooms very outdated . Pool was decent lots of chipped paint . Out dated cushions by pool. Breakfast was cereal and oatmeal and for a person who's allergic to gluten couldn't eat.

My stay was very nice. The front desk was very kind to us and personable.

Whoever is rating this 5 Star is not telling the truth. Avoid. Seriously. Dirty sheets, noisy, room smells, carpet filthy, feels unsafe just for starters.

The property was clean and the people were kind, needs a better ‘breakfast’ as there were 2 cereal and options, oatmeal packets, and an empty apple juice container by 8am. Could use some paint, but overall very cool place.
