Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

We were shocked when we saw the hotel. It looked like an abandoned building and there was absolutely no upkeep of the grounds. The pictures on the Hotel.com website was a complete distortion of reality. I had conference meetings there 20 plus years ago and it doesn’t look like any maintenance or care has been done since then. The complimentary breakfast was laughable. There was a Bob Evan’s close which provided a great breakfast. On the positive side, the limited staff was polite and helpful. They had no luggage cart available when we arrived but quickly found one that was held together by electrical tape. The room was comfortable and clean with no noise from other rooms. The price was more than affordable. I would not stay there again. The property is in a good location but needs a complete renovation.

The toilet ran all night, the room was not what we agreed on, staff was very rude, coffee machine was broken and the room was filthy. Was told no refund and not there problem, I needed to contact booking

First floor with the pool was hot and stuffy feeling. Breakfast was very disappointing. There was only cereal, a 6 pack of yogurt, oatmeal and a handful of apples to eat and to drink, coffee. Almost every other ceiling tile needed replaced as they were molded and had huge water marks . Exit signs hanging by wires. The bathroom door was loose therefore you’d have to grab the door by the door handle and lift up to close it. The bathtub had spots of scum. The TV remote did not work. The flat sheet on the bed had a cigarette burn on it.

Even though the property is old. They do keep there bedding and beds up to date. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. They supplied plenty of extra linens and towels and we didn't have to ask. My only complaint was we had requested a fridge for medical reasons and they were not able to get us one. She did offer the fridge in there area but unfortunately it was too far from our room and had to be accessible within seconds. At least she offered. Most places don't even offer. Also it would be great to know the pool hours. My son wanted to swim, which is why we chose the hotel. They were already closed by the time we would return for the evening. Continental breakfast was ok. Dairy free options would be a great add. Myself and others would like to see me variety. If I came back to that area and NEEDED a hotel I would probably stay here again.

This facility has completely gone down hill. One of the beds the frame was bent . Water damaged all over the building . The room beeds were very clean bathroom was not. And how cold items were served for breakfast. The lights weren't even properly on in the dining room to eat when we did leave in the morning not what my experience was 2 years ago when I came to the facility last will never go there again was not worth freaking almost $90 for the night.

Hotel was broken down. The pool was kept locked unless you asked for it to be opened. 2 out of the 3 staff we encountered was rude and disrespectful. The exit sign was hanging down by the electrical wires. The drop ceiling had places where they and removed the panels and it was just left like that. The pool area was dirty with trash thrown all around it.
