"Room Issue"

We reserved a room on the first floor only due to my spouse's disability. The room they gave us smelled so bad that we wouldn't take it. The person at the desk confirmed the bad smell and said that the air conditioner may need to be serviced. I don't know why this was not addressed before they offered anyone the room. The only other option was two twin beds on the first floor. We accepted the option as it was late in the day and we didn't want to look for other hotel options. Parking was convenient and location was good. They have a mini happy hour. Continental breakfast was ok. Staff are friendly. We would not return here for future trips.

"Perfect place to stay in St. Petersburg."

The property was very cozy and comfortable. Room was on the smaller side, very clean, but we weren’t in the room much since the Inn was very close to restaurants and the pier, within walking distance. The hosts were the best and the breakfast and happy hour drinks were just perfect.

We had no complaints at all.

A boutique hotel. Great location. Friendly owners. Nice to have breakfast.

Coffee available earlier would make this stay even more wonderful.
