The Inn On Third

Location was great! We walked to Tropicana Field for a Cubs game, walked to Voodoo Brewery, Fergs, & a few other places. In the morning walked to Maple Street Biscuit Co for a great breakfast. Great location!!! We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast but it looked good.

Location was excellent. Front desk people were helpful and friendly.

Excellent lacation, very easy to reach main attractions without a car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked their complimentary happy hours.

Expected more varieties for breakfast

Room was a bit two small for 2. A 2nd chair and space for it would have been nice.

Breakfast was fine. Easy to sit down and enjoy.

This hotel is in an excellent location - we walked everywhere except a short trip to a beach on the Gulf of Mexico which required a car. The free parking was therefore very helpful. The owners - Brian and Stephanie were delightful- very friendly and helpful in making suggestions for restaurants. I also liked the option of practising my woeful German! We thoroughly enjoyed the Happy Hour Social Event 5-7pm where on one occasion we spoke to a lovely lady from Atlanta who then invited us out to dinner with her. Although our room was small, it was clean, had a very comfortable bed and there is a lounge area in which to sit. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast- fruit (banana & clementine), yoghurt, English muffin and tea for us. Of the four hotels in which we stayed, the Inn on the Third was our favourite. If we were to return in the future, we would stay here as long as Brian and Stephanie remained the owners.
