Kleines charmantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Besitzer, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Stadt, Nähe zum Pier und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Anbindung an den Highway, gutes Frühstück und Willkommensgetränk. The Inn on Third ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Small room, but very adequate for our short stay. Loved the evening social and breakfast next morning.

location was very good; cost of room was roughly half of major hotels, although the rooms were very small with bathrooms that were also very small. Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and accommodating.D

Did not expect rooms to be as small as they were.

We enjoyed the social hour with complementary drinks. It was at a great location in Saint Pete. We were a little nervous about a bed-and-breakfast, but we enjoyed the stay

Gut zu erreichen und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Zum Pier kann man leicht zu Fuss gehen.

Zum Frühstücken war der Platz sehr eingeschränkt.
