Love the location- in walking distance to the balloon park. Loved the free breakfast -very accommodating hours for the fiesta - and really good! We were on the first floor - I liked that - very convenient .

We got a handicap room - it was OK. However, the bathroom was not that clean. The shower was not good as the handheld shower head would not stay on the bar correctly - the bathroom lighting was bad - there’s a plate above the mirror where a light fixture should be. I liked the little coffee bar but again I couldnt see anything - no light there . The bed squeaked.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The quality and cleanliness needs to be improved. The floor in my bathroom was very disgusting and dirty, the door had a hole and the bed side lamps didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work and the gym three machines and some free weights. Not worth the price! I usually post pictures of the hotel but not this time.

For some reason, the carpet was soaked. I could not walk on it and sock feet. The air conditioner was very loud. You could hear neighbors through the walls all night long.

Rooms are older, bathroom needs deep cleaning and some repairs.

It was a convenient location for training class.

Desk staff was really nice. Bed was comfortable

Shower was dirty, not much of an option to get snacks and the gas station next to the hotel closed early. Couch needs an upgrade, better cable or more channels. Cleaning staff waking me up at 9 when I asked for a late check out

Clean, quiet, easy access to freeway. Staff were pleasant and capable.
