Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Albuquerque - North Balloon Fiesta Park by IHG

The shower heard was disgustingly dirty with buildup. And water was leaking from tub faucet. Othe than that everything was fine.

The breakfast was one of the best ever. The room was filthy

I was traveling on business, and my stay was far from good. My first night there I got put into a room that had water damage in the bathroom. There was a very strong mold smell. I was tired from driving all day, so I just kept the bathroom door shut and used it as little as possible. In the morning, I requested to be moved to another room. The hotel staff was very accommodating which I was thankful for. The room I got moved to was better than the last one but 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed there I was kept awake by extremely loud guests. The noise lasted for hours, and this was all after 10pm. One of the nights they were outside my room yelling at each other around 1:30am after making a lot of noise earlier. I recorded video each night to capture how loud they were being. They were so loud that you could hear them very clearly. I did not hear anyone from the hotel staff ask them to quiet down at all. Again, the noise lasted for hours. I did not call to complain due to being a female traveling alone and did not feel comfortable doing so. I would have requested to be moved to another hotel, but I had a lot of belonging's since I was staying for the entire week. I felt like I was staying at a lower end hotel rather than the Holiday Inn.

Nothing

We booked our room through booking.com got the confirmation number. We arrived at the property where our kids sports team was staying, when we went in to get checked in they said our reservation was cancelled. I never got anything from booking saying it was cancelled. We had to leave our child and go find another place to stay.

Thind were broken , floors looked very dingy, no one was cleaning at breakfasr and guest had ti sit at dirty tables.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby did not match carpet down hallway and in room. Carpet was dirty and old. Hotel needs updating. I saw the front desk person mopping lobby floors when I arrived, she came to front desk to admit me. For breakfast we had to ask for items that were missing, and, in some instance, we were told that they didn't have any more. I noticed this is happening not only at this location, but in other Holiday Inn locations.

Overall ok stay. Nothing imparticular was bad but for the price we paid weve stayed at more updated hotels. Breakfast was good.
