Staybridge Suites Columbus-Airport by IHG

We arrived after 10:00 p.m. and the staff was phenomenal. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. The room was exactly how we expected it it was very nice very quaint. It was exactly what we needed. We only spent one night but had we needed an extended stay this would be the perfect location. There are minor things that could have been fixed. A touch of paint here and there. There was some weird knocking in our room that would come and go all night long. I did not tell the front desk cuz I couldn't even tell him where it was coming from. But overall it's a very nice location. The breakfast bar was more than I had expected. Food was wonderful, warm and a wide variety. Definitely would stay there again.

It was perfect for our business stay. We love the 2 room suites. I wish they were all like that

5 minutes from airport, breakfast was ok. Big comfy bed

The kids were so excited to swim and the pool was closed for repair. This was one of the main reasons we choose to stay at a hotel, for the kids to swim and we were not notified in any way that it was closed.

The description online was not clear. There was a roach in the bathroom. There could have been better communication with customers on pool in online booking.

I didn’t even stay here !they. Have my room away the staff tried to give me two rooms for my my four guest that were across the hall but that didn’t work and tried to give me and free pizza but that didn’t make giving my room away oh k !!!

The room was great, very comfortable. The negative was someone made a noise complaint about our room That caused the front desk to check on us. Said the noise was all night and early that morning. Not pleased that it happened. We are very conscientious guests and it did not happen. Very embarrassing situation. Later that morning at breakfast, the dining room was overloaded with teenagers that took over the room, took all the food in excess with no adult supervision. Pans were empty for awhile before they were refilled. I think that was the issue with the noise. Regardless we will not be staying at that hotel again. Very disappointed.

Matt at the front desk made it amazing

My room was nice and clean. Great for Thanksgiving dinner with family. However I was very upset that the web site nor did the staff mention the pool was out of order. Till after I checked in. I was not able to get a refund. The pool and the kitchen in my room was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel.
