We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again

Amazing atmosphere, great customer service

Loved the location and have stayed there before. The hotel in the last year has gotten a bit dirty, elevator was not working so we needed to lug our suitcases up 3 floors, it was a bit hard on us 70+ ladies but staying a week we really wanted to be in the suite that offers 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and cleaning. Very nice hospitality nights Monday-Wednesday, hospitality hostess was the best, thank you Veronica! Great breakfast.

We stayed here for two days coming back from Niagara Falls on Saturday. Because I had a back procedure Monday Morning. The Hotel and Room is awesome! But the first night I got woken up at about 2:30 AM because of loud neighbors. I finally called the front desk about 4 AM. She said she would call them. Maybe she did but it didn’t help! They finally went to sleep about 5:30 AM😩 The second night we had no problems.

For a single night this property was sufficient but for longer stays I would maybe choose somewhere else. The third floor with no elevator access was a bit rough and the carpets in the room could probably use some deep cleaning or even a replacement. There was a definite scent to the room that was somewhat unpleasant. Overall the bed was comfy and the staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was good and had some variety

Nice room but the furniture was very old and uncomfortable!! Front desk attendant Matthew was excellent!!!! Very friendly and helpful

Location. Has a few restaurants and easy access to highway.

I never was informed that the elevator wasn’t working, they said it’s been out a week. On the carpet by the air conditioner the carpet was soaking wet. Also the person in the room above me seemed like he was stomping his feet as he was walking back & forth at 5:30am,

Staff was great. Ara in particular was extremely helpful. Hotel was clean and it was nice to have the kitchen.
