Staybridge Suites Columbus-Airport by IHG

Was told at check in the elevator was out to 3rd floor. Told clerk I don't do stairs well with knee surgery. Switched room to 1st floor. Same person that was there in May when I stayed. Very nice customer service which is greatly appreciated

basketball court outside my window, smoke detector was wrapped in clear plastic and no elevator. when your handicap that is pure hell

The elevator has not been working since August 2024 so as a senior was difficult to carry our suitcase on the third floor. On check in, there was no room available downstairs. They offered help to carry suitcase. The room has a musty smell. The bed was very comfortable. Nice beddings.

Elevator didn’t work for 3 days, me and my teenage daughter had to take suitcases to 3rd floor using stairs, no help was suggested Room cleaning was not provided Room is outdated Breakfast was good

Just needs a few touch ups in the room

My room appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned and the elevator was not working. Other then those things my stay was okay

First off, the elevator is currently out of service - this shows on the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, but due to issues that arose, I did have to make extra trips up and down to the third floor. The refrigerator in my room did not work, so I had to travel down for ice from the kitchen. On my last day, the door locks apparently hadn’t been updated to the recent time change, so I got locked out of my room while eating breakfast and then had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. However, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and the hours were good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (besides the refrigerator, but I was only there for one night and didn’t have an actual need for it, just wanted to chill some drinks). I would go back.

The service was great and the staff was super friendly
