The hotel was close to most of the major grocery stores as well as restaurants, that was good.

The room was dirty to the bathroom to the bedroom, it was also very disappointing that I couldn’t have an extended day without a “weeks notice”, which doesn’t make sense, but I digress.

the room had a strong odor smell i ended up leaving an slept in my car came few times to ask the clerk but she wasn’t there hiding in the back i don’t know.

I don't know who owns this property, but you can tell very little thought or resources were put into "updating/redecorating." The smell in the hallways and room was very unpleasant. The mattress made sounds when you rolled over, sat up, or sat down on it. Caulk was used to fill large gaps, carpet was laid haphazardly.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! Especially the thin Spanish speaking gentleman with short hair. He is always above and beyond to help and a boon to any establishment that employs him. The rooms can be a little dated, but it's clean and serves it's purpose, and the rooms are stocked with basic kitchen needs and a full size refrigerator, and a two burner cook top. I would stay again.

Location was good. The size of the suite and bathroom was good.

The pull out couch was unbelievably uncomfortable and the mattress was flat. We had a difficult time requesting towels. Our room only had 2 larger towels and there was 3 people checked in. We asked for another were told we are not supposed to give out more but explained there are 3 people so we were given an extra begrudgingly and told not to say who gave it to them and acted like they were doing us a favor when we definitely needed a 3rd towel. The parking spaces were extremely close together, a lot of cars were out of the lines and made it difficult to park.

The hotel is beautiful. However, the room furniture is too, too small, especially the bed. The bed was very low to the ground and uncomfortable. My mother is 78 and was not able to get in or out of the bed comfortably, nor was she able to get a good night’s sleep in it. Again, it’s a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately we had to change locations.

Dirtiest room/hotel I’ve stayed at in the past 5 years and I travel Monday through Friday for work. This was for pleasure, booked the room for my birthday, drove 8 hours, got to the hotel, they made us wait 30 minutes because the room was being “cleaned”, got into the room….stains littered the floors and walls, the smell of urine lingered in the air, and the best part was that there was chewed and left over food spit out all over the kitchen counter and inside of the sink, I MEAN A-LOT…. The worst part is I’m still waiting on my refund.
