Room wasn't cleaned very well. Spent 2 nights & no housekeeping done

The staff were very friendly and checked everyday if there was anything we needed. The pool was out of service which wasn't a deal breaker for us, as thoigh we would have enjoyed using it, didn't make our stay any less comfortable. The food for the breakfast was fresh and consistently replenished. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms were more dated than others and a deep clean needed in some. Otherwise, a nice place to stay. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend staying there,but I would request a more recently updated room. .

The staff (owners, I assume) were extremely rude! The pool and hot tub were closed but this was not disclosed when I booked the room. I said something about it to the staff and she told me to go stay somewhere else then. They wanted to charge me for a very nasty, old roll away bed! We went to the front desk and asked for a blanket and they said they were out of blankets. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about… some old fruit cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffle maker. The room was dirty and outdated!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms

Our room was terribly damp. The sink drain & faucet were basically disgusting and in need of some major cleaning & repairs. Same for the bathtub drain. Our towels and washcloths all looked yellowish with water stains. My pillow smelled like someone else’s hair products. Upon check-in, the employee seemed friendly, but there was no info given on breakfast details or if WiFi was available etc etc … There was a dirty bandaid stuck on a table in the pool room. The mango juice dispenser didn’t work- only water came out. There were 2 dry sausage patties in the breakfast warmer & that’s it. There was a waffle maker but it didn’t look appealing. This hotel has potential, just needs better upkeep & maintenance.

Great customer services, but the drawers in the room were covered with crumbs.

The staff are amazing. However, it has the weirdest smell.. and place looks clean but also doesn’t feel clean. I probably wouldn’t stay here again ..

There was mold in the refrigerator and the phones did not work i would never go back.

The only negative I have is there wasn't really any breakfast ready for anyone. I went down twice to see if it was ready yet. They only had 4 sausages and no eggs out.

The door to the room stuck so you had to push hard
