Check in was bumpy but they kept the pool open for us so our daughter could swim after getting in later than anticipated. Room was ok, but sheets were ill fitting with some stains noted. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and towels were very dingy. Our door didn’t feel secure and looked like someone had previously broken in and easily could again.

Phenomenal experience. Man at desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Called to our room to let us know that our van lights were on. If I come back for work, I’ll be staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I am always impressed with the customer service. The front desk people always go out of their way to have a nice conversation at check in and always take care of any concerns in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was great

The king bedroom was spacious and well designed. Comfortable bed. Only negative was that the walls are on the thinner side but not enough to ruin my stay. Great experience.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and extremely comfortable bed!!!

The property could use a deep cleaning. There was black/green residue that came out of the jets in the hot tub. The pool water was cloudy. Cabinet fronts in the common breakfast area need to be cleaned. Lastly the room we stayed in had tile coming off the shower wall and i dont k ow if the handicap pull down chair would be safe to sit on. The bathroom fan was not working and probably not for quite some time given the rust that has form on the items in the bathroom.

Poll area was NASTY! Bathroom in the pool area had overflowed, towels all over the floor, pee all over the seat, dirty and gunk in hot tub, millipedes floating in the pool. The room wasn’t too bad. The fridge did not work and had mold and smelt awful. Microwaves were too small to do microwave popcorn. Coffee maker in room left a weird film on top of it. Breakfast wasn’t kept up with. Kids had fun though and that is all that matters. Growing up in the hotel business, I maybe a little more picky than the normal person and notice a lot more imperfections.
