Clean and friendly

Overall stay was fine as we really only slept while we were here. But there was a storm overnight and we woke up to the ceiling leaking water in the bathroom that just kept dripping leaving the whole floor wet. At checkout, i tried to tell staff about this so they were aware but the front desk lady did not speak an ounce of English and just kept telling me to leave my room keys (which i already did) so we ended up just leaving.

I like that the check in people were there late and allowed me to check in around 10pm.

Beds were great and facilty was very clean.

We were disappointed in the breakfast

The location and staff were great. The room itself was nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast left something to be desired. All in all a pleasant stay.

This is a ‘get what you pay for’ situation. The low rate is reflected in the low quality of linens, facilities in the rooms, breakfast selection, and overall grimy feeling. We had to ask for a different room due to multiple sketchy elements of the room (windows not closing properly, a cracked sink base, and a hole in the shower wall). The staff is accommodating, but could be more responsive to guests waiting at the front desk. There are two restaurants very close, both pizza, one basic and cheaper, and one hipster and pricier. For one night it provided shelter, but I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Breakfast was awful

The management was so accommodating to us! Our son got married in New Prague and afterwards they were so nice to let us use the lobby to visit with our friends and relatives! Very kind people!
