New Prague Inn & Suites

It was a nice quite night and enjoyed the town of New Prague

I would not recommend this hotel. We had multiple rooms during our stay and found half finished milk carton in one fridge, dirty, food splatter in a microwave and underwear in another room. There was broken furniture and dirty outdated carpet and curtains. Highly recommend the blow dryer as this was the only updated item. The “breakfast” had pour your own milk and juice bottlesand not individual bottles. This did not give the group the best feeling and most chose not to attempt to eat the breakfast.

The pool area had did bugs by the windows the full time we were there and also the windows in the pool area had c ob webs.

Very disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The room had an odor, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling. The hallways were dirty, doors are unlocked leaving anyone access inside. The outside had trash on the grass, by the curb, etc. Would not recommend.

Easy to get to, great location, able to walk to nearby restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious.

The couple who run the hotel are the friendliest people ever. Expedia had caused a blip in our reservation. Instead of causing me additional frustration by having to call Expedia, they made the call for me. What a relief! We were in New Prague for three days for my brother-in-law's funeral. The professionalism and extreme kindness shown eased the sadness of our trip considerably. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very handy place to get to and good parking. Got into our room late & there was no TV, Refrigerator or microwave that worked. Very disappointed about that. Went to check out and there was just a basket there to throw the keys in & nobody to tell about the room!!

close by everything I needed

Very comfortable room, good mattress, like being to adjust temperature in room by using temperature in degrees not by up-down method. Room very clean.
