El trato que me dio sólo dos front desck una no recuerdo el nombre pero comienza con M y el varón super nice

Los aires acondicionados tienen un mal olor tuve que cambiar de cuarto y antes de elegir tuve que ver 4 cuartos porque todos los anteriores tienen un olor a moho el cual proviene de los aires acondicionado soy Tecnico de aires y es peligroso ver como tienen estos equipos tan sucios y contaminados e incluso mi aire tiene líquido de agua el cual proviene de una mal mantenimiento adicional una front desk no se quiso identificar con su nombre al querer alquilar un día más nos trató de mala manera el cual fue una mala experiencia tanto para mí como para mi esposa no vuelvo hacer otra reservación en este lugar no lo voy a recomendar a nadie en un futuro

If there were a lower rating, I would have selected it. Upon check in we were told that the elevator was broken, option for first floor room was denied. No assistance to carry luggage. Phones inoperable, curtains in room worn and full of holes, cabinet door fell off when opened, only one washcloth, one small bottle of shampoo for a two night stay, very poor lighting, when I went to front desk to get additional shampoo and washcloth, there was no one there had to call the reservation line and wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show up... Horrible hotel
