I really liked our stay here. I just didnt give it a high rating because we didnt interact with any staff besides check in. When checking out a different staff member seemed annoyed that I asked for a printed receipt . But most of all i couldnt give it higher then a three because the pull out bed was stain bad and there was not a sheet on it. It was just the mattress. No extra blanket or pillows either and we were 8 guest, so the property knew we were going to have to use the pull out bed. I loved that there was a kitchen in the room and that we had three beds and a pull out bed instead of just 2 beds and a pull out bed like previous hotels that my family has stayed at. Also Master bedroom (the one with the queen bed) didnt have a tv in it so my husband and I slept in a double bed so we could watch tv at night.

Hotel is quiet and good for families but sofa bed is really uncomfortable.

Long wait to check in. There is no A/C in the hallways of the hotel. The elevator needs attention.. unclean and takes forever to move 3 floors.

First room was not what I booked, but they swore to it, we had to switch rooms anyway bc the maintenance was drilling and it was loud. Second room was used urine in the toilet, trash and bowls everywhere and bed was used. Also not the room I booked. No problems with the third room it was actually the room I booked. They take a $50 deposit and I booked on the 13th but the statement on my card says 6/26/25 not sure why they need to hold for that long.

The only bad part was the tv had a blue screen

Place was dirty and in need of repair. Only seen one elevator and it was a little sketchy. Nice room size. Breakfast was basic.Staff was friendly.

ac does not work, room is in very bad condition, staff also respond very badly

We loved the room! We were super that the breakfast didn’t start until 7:30. We had to be gone by 7:00.
