Pretty landscaping

Very noisy guests until after midnight in the common areas inside the hotel. Doors slamming loudly.

The property was beautiful. The patio area on the inside of the facility was gorgeous and I wish I would’ve known about it before booking my room on the outer side! The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive

I did not love that anyone could walk into this hotel at any entry point with no issues. None of the doors on the exterior lock not sure if that’s by design, but it didn’t feel very safe. On top of that for the first night our restroom bathroom did not lock and neither did our patio door- our room was ground level, so it was a little uneasy, even with the pole in the sliding glass door. However, when notifying the staff they promptly came and fixed the sliding glass door lock! There was also a little bit of mold in the restroom near the bathtub

paid the 100 dollar room deposit and never received back in my bank account the air condition did not work
