Tons of space in the room and best bed I’ve ever slept on. Very nice hotel over all, though it does give vibes from “The Shining” because of the very very long hallways

I wish the hot tub/ spa was functioning. Balcony outside the room had significant decay, so I didn’t use it.

The lobby is attractive and has nice views

Our mattress sagged in the middle and when you sat on the edge it went down 10 inches. There were dogs barking all night.

Maintenence had to come to my room 3 times to adjust the temperature which was to cold then to hot then cold again. Also Maintenence tried to enter my room un announced. Was not for the security lock they would have barged right in. No ice on the floor. It had to be brought to my room. Big inconveniences throughout my whole stay.
