The main lobby was cool looking. The outside was nice. The room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The security door lock on my entry door to the building weren’t there. Door just opened without card. The railings on the patio were rotten and unsafe.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the high nightly rate did not translate to high-quality service. The check-in line was backed up out the door, and the staff seemed genuinely annoyed by the crowd. My questions were rushed, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming—a cold attitude that persisted throughout my stay, with the notable exception of one incredibly attentive hall staff member who was consistently helpful. The Room: Unacceptable Conditions Upon entering the room, I was shocked by the lack of maintenance (see photos for reference). The conditions were far from the luxury experience advertised: Structural Issues: Water stains on the ceiling with pieces of plaster actually falling off. Safety Hazards: The balcony was outright dangerous. With broken bars and exposed nails, I couldn't allow my children to step outside. Hygiene: I found spiders in the bathroom and suspicious yellow staining in the bathtub. Mold and mildew were visible throughout the space. While the bedding itself was comfortable, it was impossible to enjoy when the rest of the room felt so neglected and unsafe. Dining: Lack of Transparency We decided to book the "outdoor pods" for dinner. The website provided zero information regarding the menu or pricing. We were surprised by a mandatory four-course meal that totaled nearly $400. The Good: The food was tasty and our server was excellent. The Bad: The pod was freezing with no heat source, and the interior felt "cheap" and plastic—hardly the atmosphere you expect for that price point. Final Impression When I checked out, I calmly shared my concerns and showed the front desk photos of the room damage, hoping they would want to fix these issues for future guests. The employee barely looked up from her paperwork, offered a dismissive "Sorry about that," and sent me on my way. For the premium price charged, the lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property.

The rooms were spacious, however dated. The rooms were cold and smelled musty. The bathroom was not clean and the soap bottles were not filled. The breakfast was overpriced with slow service and cold food.

Good beds. Very big rooms.

Extremely outdated. Carpet was very old and dirty.
