Whitney Peak Hotel Reno, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The room was large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It has a nice, new showerhead. The hotel is smoke and casino free, and it is in waking distance restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and a movie theater. We had excellent wine in the restaurant. We will stay again.

Family stayed here for 3 nights in May. Hotel is nice and clean. A few issues the moment you walk in the hotel for some reason it has a terrible smell. Almost like sewer, not sure why but it's just right before the elevators. We did the executive floor which came with the lounge access. Suggestions I would make is to have at least flavored coffee creamer. There is no breakfast just drinks coffee, tea, juice. The 5pm-7pm they did have some appetizers nothing special. Would I pay for this again probably not, it wasn't worth it. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Parking garage is across the street which is $12 for in and out privileges or $7 if you just park. Valet is $25 save some money and just park yourself. The Cafe in the hotel was good. Service and server we had was excellent. Overall its a nice hotel.

Parking was interesting and quite a distance from the hotel. They do have valet parking but should maybe come with hotel.

Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. We felt safe and secure. Bowling center within walking distance. Nice restaurant is attached with a varied menu.

The tub was very slippery.

Great location. Really comfortable bed! Friendly bar and restaurant staff.
