The hotel was being renovated and we were not informed about that until our arrival. It was only an over night stay so we were going to deal with it. BUT when the ice machine did not work on our 4th floor room we went to the ice machine on the first floor and it didn’t work either. The manager was there and was not one bit apologetic. Went to Walmart to buy ice.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. The lobby and entrance areas were both under construction - materials were out, and as expected with construction, dusty. The front staff was not very welcoming. The elevator was dirty with tissues/napkins balled up in the corners. The AC in the room did not work.

"I will learn to call in advance to make sure there is no construction going on before staying anywhere again."

Well it would have been nice to have known construction was going on at the time of the stay. Breakfast was terrible and really no place to sit and eat.

"Excellent"

The hotel is currently under renovation and I didn’t know that when I booked. There’s a layer of construction dust covering the air filter/vent of the Heat/AC unit. Other than that, I like how convenient it was to book and find the place. Nice clean shower and comfortable bed. Thank you.
