Rooms very good, good beds. Pet friendly.

There is renovation going on till june 2025 according to the website of sleep inn. This is not visible at the booking.com website. During breakfast there was 1 table with 3 chairs for all the guests. Due to the renovation, no breakfastroom. Staircase was full of paint. Not very appealing to the eye

Dirty. Undergoing renovation. Needed to leave before they started exterior painting. Food area was scary unacceptable. Learned that was changing to another name soon, but renovations were going to be ongoing for several months.

This property is terrible, even before you check in. On top of that, they ask for a $250 deposit at check-in. I paid $140 without living in there. The Front desk people were super rude.

The front desk worker Chris has been amazing, he was knowledgeable, always available and has great customer service. Thank you Chris, I will continue to be a guest when in town.

While I had an issue with my booking, Sonja saved it! I showed up after 5pm and found out my listing had somehow been canceled. She pulled on her network to get me a hotel room for the same price approved by my employer and made it so that I had a place to stay that night. Thank you Sonja!

Starting with the good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the furniture was in good condition. Right now though, there are major renovations happening at the hotel. The elevator had a serious clunk when going both up and down, which was a little unnerving. There’s a lot of road noise from a nearby highway. On the fourth floor, the Internet did not work at all. It worked fine on the first floor. And the shower took a full 7 minutes to get warm enough to make it usable. Guessing once the renovation is done this could go from a 7 to a 9 rating.

Front desk person barely spoke when we checked in. Did not offer assistance when trying to bring our luggage in. When we called the front desk to ask a question, no one answered. Breakfast offered was lackluster.
