Nice hotel stay in a good area. Good breakfast and there's a Chilis right next to the parking lot. Only disappointment is they did not clean our room or make our beds after the first night.

"the place is great, clean and well maintained but the staff is horrendous"

There was some confusion among the front office staff and the staff at restaurant serving breakfast. both were working on different timelines, hence resulting us missing the breakfast.

The location was very good

The hallway floors had chips on them and not vacuumed by cleaning staff. Alarm going off all night outside room and the people above us were very loud and disruptive

My entire stay was exceptional. Courteous staff at the front desk and breakfast area. The room was ready upon check in and was very clean. The beds and pillow were very comfortable. Would stay again if in the area. Breakfast area has a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker.

Place was crispy clean. Staff was great!! Especially Stacey who checked us in!! She’s so pleasant and helpful. This location was phenomenal and I will be definitely be looking forward to trying other to similar experiences 🤞at other holiday inn express locations.
